Iphone 5 leaked picture...doesn't this phone just look amazing I bet you get 5 bars on any network be it Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or even Cricket. Who will be spending the night at their local carriers shop to be one of the first to own an Iphone 5?? Iphone 5 will certainly be 4g and the beginning of the end for the Android phones.

Today October 4, 2011 Iphone 4s was announced what a disappointment. So when will Apple and Iphone 4, Iphone 4s or Iphone 5 join the 4g party? Seems as though Android keeps getting better and better but iphone keeps nickel and diming the public. I think eventually the public will get tired of the iphone game and just stick with Andriod.

Iphone 4s will also be available on the Sprint network now and rumor has it that Sprint will have exclusive rights for a short period in the spring with the Iphone 5 lets hope that phone joins the 4g party better late than never.

Last night during dinner my wife had breaking news....That she will be returning to nursing school in the fall of 2011. She will be enrolling in a RN to BSN nursing school. She has been a RN for about 10 years and is ready to take the next step in her career. She is currently narrowing down the online universities that offer online nursing degrees. Returning to nursing school to get her BSN degree is a life long dream of her's. She is very passionate about nursing and helping people. As you read in my previous post I was considering a new and exciting change. I have worked for over 20 years in management of a large retail chain. While I do want to change paths in my career I would like to continue working for my current employer. I am very interested in the human mind. I now know that the only way that I can change career paths is to get a psychology Degree. Getting my psychology Degree from one of the many online universities will be the right decision for me and my family. ¿New Direction?

For the last few months, I've really been considering doing something new and different. I've been a general manager of a local grocery store here in Arizona for a while. I've always been interested in the human mind. Psychology, any diseases that cause an imbalance in the brain. That is why my two favorite movies, are Sybil and The Beautiful Mind. I have always felt that success not only begins with an advanced degree. Particularly in fields like the Health Sciences, Psychology and Education.The only issue I have is getting back out to college. I've never considered going back online, it seems to new age, and I want to get my moneys worth, but I think there are online colleges out there that can help me with what I need.

NBA CHAMPS

Congrats to the 2011 NBA Champions the Dallas Mavericks. Can you believe that Jason Kidd has been in the league 17 years. My home team is the Phoenix Suns so I rooted for Dallas to win because of the Ex-Suns players on Dallas. I have met Shawn Marion and he is a very down to earth guy, and he deserved to get himself a ring. Congrats Shawn the former University of Las Vegas Nevada, Runnin Rebel. He started in 1998 in a Junior college and won the Junior College player of the year and then in 1999 he transferred to UNLV. This championship couldn't have happened to a better group of guys. Online University vs State University

My nephew just graduated from High School in Florida this past May, 2011. He has volunteered 100s of hours at the local hospital the entire time he attended High School. While other kids were out on Friday night this young man spent most of his time helping others. This fall he plans on attending university so that he can study nursing and specializing with new born babies in the maternity ward. He will continue to volunteer his time while he attends college, which is why he has choose to attend an online university.

So last night on the MTV Movie Awards they ended it by showing the Exclusive World Premier of The Twilight Saga "Breaking Dawn Pt 1" trailer. For those that have read the books well they know how it ends, but for those of us that read the books after the movie. Did you know how much your favorite reality star makes in appearance fees? Well here is a small list of names and dollar figures that will just make you say WTF. Snooki from the Reality Show Jersey Shore makes around $15,000 per appearance and recently a University paid her $30,000. One of her Co-stars "The Situation" makes $15k - 50k to come show off his abs and pump his fist around WTF. Paris Hilton makes an average of $100k to show her face in night clubs and then she gets perks like private jets and is wined and dined around town WTF. Kim Kardashian get around $75k per appearance and she is reportedly the highest paid reality show star bringing in around $6 million last year. She does a ton of endorsements and it seems like she is on E channel every half hour. Last but not least someone that keeps winning Charlie Sheen who played Charlie Harper on Two and Half Men and was paid 2 Million per episode is now charging for appearance fees to he hosted a show in Vegas and was paid 200k which is nothing compared to his 2 million per episode but it still makes you say WFT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shaq has decided to hang up the size 24's and retire. For 19 years Shaq " The Big Cactus" has been the most dominant force in the NBA and he will be missed. What will Shaq do now that he is no longer going to play in the NBA? I have heard that he has continued his education and is currently enrolled in a South University in Florida and will be earning his Doctorate (PHD). Driod Charge

A new phone comes out every week so it seems and by the time you take your phone out of the box seems like a new bigger and better phone comes out. So what about this Droid Charge by Samsung it looks really really nice and some of the specs are that it has an 8mp camera and a 1.3 megapixel front camera. But it does not have a duel core processor so if you want to wait for a dual processor LTE 4G phone then perhaps you should let this one go by. Also the price tag is $299 that is pretty steep in my opinion. Verizon wireless is the exclusive carrier in the U.S for this phone so big red continues to build its 4G phone army. What will be new next week?

Just got home from watching Hangover II with my girlfriend and on my way home I wondered.... Which movie was funnier Hangover II or Bridesmaids? I think that Bridesmaids had the funniest scene hands down between the 2 movies. But Hangover II had you laughing the entire movie. Please leave a comment on what you thought of the 2 movies. Bridesmaids was Hangover on estrogen and Hangover II was Hangover in a different city but still very very funny. I wonder if Pt. 3 will involve Alan getting married cause that would really be funny. If you enjoy diving and Cirque de Soleil shows then this is a must see show next time you visit Sin City. Little known fact about Wynn Hotel Las Vegas is that the resort was first named Le Reve Wynn. Not only does it have this great show Le Reve but Wynn Las Vegas Hotel is the only destination casino resort to have Garth Brooks, so its win win at this resort casio. Well at least until you get down to the tables and slots then you are pretty much playing at your own risk.

3d glasses

So I purchased a 73 inch Mitsubishi DLP 3d TV in the fall of 2010, the 3d emitter cost $300 and it came with 2 pairs of Samsung 3d glasses. Extra 3d glasses are about $149 so pretty costly if you need to buy 2 more pairs. The T.V was fairly priced at $1300.00 great buy for the size of the screen. Fast forward now I was window shopping at best buy yesterday when I came across LG's 3d Flatscreen's now the 3d glasses they use are the same ones you get when you go to watch a movie in 3d at the your local theater, now that was a smart move on their part in my opinion. Thank you LG for making the Flatscreen do most of the work, no recharging of glasses and no buying costly batteries. But best of all with the glasses they use you won't be in the middle of the movie and run out of batteries.

Last month the Feds shut down 3 major online poker sites Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars, and Absolute Poker. I have played online poker now for about 5 years and for myself it is just a form of entertainment. But I have a friend who used online poker to help fund his education. After completing his college education he continued playing online poker as a way to make ends meet. I feel that if the government allows gambling on Indian reservations then we should be free to play online from reputable online poker websites. Live Stream of tonight's WWE Over the Limit PPV. I was checking looking for times on a PPV boxing match and found that people will actually try and stream live PPV events but what happens is that the companies that own the live PPV's are out there knocking down the live streams of the events. But as soon as one stream goes down about 10 more start up I am sure that these folks are very educated on how to knock the stream down and have a never ending job. So needless to say there will not be any live streams that make it all the way. Sorry but if you wanna watch it just pony up the money for the even.

3D or not 3D

I just found out that Johnny Depp who has had several 3D movies some of them animation, is unable to process 3D. I was not aware that some people just can't process 3D movies. I know that at times when I watch 3D movies at the theater it makes me Dizzy. But apparently Mr. Depp who should have one of the the summer's big blockbuster movies in 3D can't enjoy this feature.

Samsung has pledged to make 3D T.V viewing more affordable. Samsung's just announced a price drop on the rest of its active shutter glasses lineup. As you probably already know, the entry-level SSG-3100GB went from $129.99 down to just $49.99. I own a Mitsubishi 3D DLP and it has a fantastic picture my only issue is that as of yet there really aren't any good movies on Blu Ray that are 3D. Avatar is available only if you buy their 3D glasses in a bundle pack. Is there really a need for 3D or is this just a passing faze.

As mentioned before my nephew will be graduating this year and moving on to bigger and better things. Everyone is feeling this way no days so it seems. Mortgage rates are on the rise again but the real estate market is still on the way down. This certainly does not make any sense just today I got mailer from lending tree . com for a streamline re finance on my current home loan. I ask myself who is going to lend you more than what the house is worth it just does not make any sense at all. Mortgages rates are still at a pretty good % but not for long is what I am hearing. It seems as though everyone is in pretty deep with credit debt and bankruptcy is a common practice so do you refinance your home or just dump the house and add it to your bankruptcy and just go rent yourself a nice house and get rid of the headaches.

Viva Las Vegas

As I said earlier today I will be on my way to Sin City for a short vacation. I hope that when I return home I won't be needing an equity loan or even worse yet a second mortgage cause this would be a disaster in my life. Verizon wireless CFO leaks Iphon5 info ( Iphone 5)

Will Apple hold Verizon accountable for leaking information about upcoming iphone 5? Do you think it was planned to information spilled out to the public? Because I am sure the CFO knows better that to mess with Mr.Job's rules. He really only said that it might be a world phone... thats just wishful thinking on his part I think. I think that Iphone had a ton of competition and that this phone better do more than just play music and make phone calls on a 4g network, Android phones have the advantage because a new phone comes out daily it seems.

Update - Today October 4, 2011 Apple announced a new iphone ...no not the iphone 5 but a new and improved iphone 4s. Not so exciting anymore huh. Sprint will now also have the iphone 4s along with AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Do think that the new processor and the new specs is enough to upgrade your phone? I think not I think that Apple is nickel and diming the public. Android comes out with a better phone almost every month Apple is losing steam and will eventually lose this battle. The only advantage Apple has is that they were at the party first and have a loyal following, but that can change.

NINTENDO code name "Project Cafe"

Ok so now I have heard that NINTENDO is going to release this new 1080p console this coming October with a price tag between $350-400 U.S Dollars. The controllers for this console will retail around $80. So if the console comes with 1 controller and you buy an extra then we are talking about 500 bucks even before you buy a decent game. This is very expensive in my eyes. What are your thoughts about the price ?

So I went to the movies today and watched SCREAM 4 at AMC Movie Theater. This movie was just like the others a bunch of people die by a guy that stabs them wearing the ghost faced costume. I am sure these costumes will be very popular this coming Halloween. Glad that I went to see it because it was entertaining but probably would not watch it again...Although in 3D it might be cool to watch. Have any of you watched this movie? Nintendo HD

So rumor has it that Nintendo will unveil its newest console and that it will be in HD. Is Nintendo now a day late and a dollar short? Since the other to console are now going to be what seems 2 generations ahead of Nintendo or can this new gaming console from Nintendo just leap head  Sony PS3 and XBOX 360? I think that Nintendo has a loyal following and the fact that their games are mostly geared towards kids makes Nintendo timeless. The signature game characters like Super Mario, Zelda, Metroid keep those that played these games as kids hooked on just the titles. Any thoughts on this post please leave share your comments.

Direct T.V vs. Dish Network

So I have a small problem my Dish contract is up in 2 months and I am debating on weather or not to switch to Direct T.V. People say the picture quality on Direct T.V is second to none. Is this true? But Dish Network has FREE H.D for life!!! Then Direct T.V has their on demand with 6000 movies and T.V show at no extra cost. I would like to hear opinions on this matter. Please advise.

Best movie of 2011 "Arthur"

This movie is about an alcoholic man child that has a very controlling mother. The mother needs him to marry a woman that can run her empire when the time comes. Arthur of course has a mind of his own and the only thing he really loves is his Makers Mark. If you have a chance to see this movie go and watch it you won't be disappointed. Working for Godaddy.com

I work with this guy who has a 2nd job working for godaddy.com and he says that although the pay is not that great, (Avg pay) he stays there because he loves working for the godaddy.com he has a phone job where he just signs people up and it is super simple. He also says that they have some great company functions once they even rented out CHASE Field...this is where the D-Backs play. So if you want to work some where fun where you can sell internet domains this is a great company to work for.
